The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation posting from 6 February 2025 to 1700 EST 20 February 2025. The solicitation is extended for 2 weeks (14 days) from Thursday, 6 February 2025 to 1700 EST on Thursday, 20 February 2025. All interested offerors may submit a new price proposal. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturers Part Number is approved. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS) 4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government. 5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contract Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0003 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
