The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source contract under FAR 13.501(a) to Constellation Network, Inc. for software licenses to continue to receive data from Dôr museum visitor counting sensors and to access information on a digital dashboard in support of the Army Museum Enterprise (AME). This solicitation is intended to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract consisting of a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years. While it is the Government's intent to award this requirement on a sole source basis, that does not preclude interested parties from submitting a response/proposal with a capabilities statement for consideration.

(UEI: HH64FJ1EB5S7) for museum visitor counting services through the Dor system in support of the Army Museum Enterprise (AME). This solicitation is intended to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract consisting of a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years.
