The US Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 intends to issue a solicitation (W912CH-24-R-0180) and award a Firm Fixed Price, 3 Year- Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Chemical Agent Resistant Coating-Low Solar Absorption Paint System (CARC-L). This action will be using a competitive total small business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(b)(1). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16). An award date in 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2025 is estimated and anticipated for this action. All contractors must be registered in the DoDs System for Award management at http://www.sam.gov. Information on getting registered may be obtained on the website. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 May 2025 and will close on or around 4 June 2025. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 AND 5.102; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
