Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation intended to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the following item: ITEM DESCRIPTION Noun: Heater, Water and Ration (HWR) Part Number: 5-13-6900-1 NSN: 7310-01-387-1305 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Estimated Quantity: 796 EA with 100% Option 2. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution Code "A", which is available for public release. 3. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such fill-ins. Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representations are not completed. 4. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research Survey will assist ACC-DTA in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
