Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal, by 4 April 2025 1700EST, via email to the Contract Specialist (katlyn.m.marck.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-24-R-0061 (company name).
