The Government intends to award , as a one- time buy, firm-fixed price, 100% small business set-aside.. Award of this procurement is subject to the availability of funds. The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation and announcement, for W912CH-24-R-0051, contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D Export Controlled. JCP Certification is required. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B. Please refer to Section D of the solicitation for additional information.
