This also applies to distribution of the TDP to all SUBCONTRACTORS at every level. To be eligible to gain access to this export controlled TDP (via SAM.gov) an offeror must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation.
