The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purchase and install of a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) recorder, including all necessary mounting hardware, cables, connectors, adapters, and other required components. The installation will encompass necessary equipment, and any additional hardware needed for a complete setup. There is currently no VOIP system in place that will need to be removed. The building is located at 1155 Buckeye Rd., Lima, OH 45804, with the Building Number B345. The project completion date must be 120 days from the date of contract award.
