Title: Personal Assistant Services Contract Vehicle: Purchase Order North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 624120 – Services for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities Closing Date: 20 April 2022, 5:00 PM EST Brief Summary: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This Sources Sought (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Soldier Center (SC) Training and Simulation Division (TSD) SFC Paul Ray Smith Simulation and Technology Center (STTC), to seek sources interested in participating in the potential procurement of Personal Assistant Services. The U.S. Government is seeking sources for one full time equivalent, 40 hours a week, personal assistance services for a Government employee with disabilities. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 624120. ACQUISITION APPROACH: The U.S. Government anticipates award of one contract in support of this requirement. The contract types may include, but are not limited to, Firm Fixed Price for Labor and Cost for Other Direct Costs (Travel). The required technical support shall include management of plan, schedule, budget and control all resources allocated to meet the requirements of this contract. The period of performance will be for no more than four (4) years; with a twelve (12) month base period and three (3) twelve (12) month option periods. Interested vendors may submit one (1) set of questions regarding this Sources Sought (SS)/ Request for Information (RFI), by email to the points of contact listed below within five (5) business days of the SS/RFI publication date. HOW TO RESPOND: All interested Parties should submit a written response to this SS/RFI no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on 20 April 2022. Responses shall include, but it is not limited to the following: 1.) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? 2) Can or has your company managed a task of this nature? If so, please provide details. 3) Can or has your company managed a team of subcontractors before? If so, provide details. 4) What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks? 5) Include in your response your ability to meet the requirements in the Facility and Safeguarding requirements. 6) Provide a statement including current small/large business status and company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office locations, CAGE and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number as generated by SAM.gov, etc. 7) Respondents to this notice also must indicate whether they qualify as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern. 8) Please note that under a Small-Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work themselves in terms of the cost of performance. Provide an explanation of your company's ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in this PBSOW for the base period as well as the option periods. RESPONSES REQUIRED: Interested small businesses contractors presenting a capability statement in response to this sources sought announcement must identify their size status. All interested contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
