Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Government seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for Architect-Engineer services to conduct a comprehensive structural assessment of a 12,000 square foot clinic in Puerto Rico, with an optional mechanical HVAC assessment. The base work involves a non-invasive structural evaluation to identify deficiencies and provide a prioritized repair list with cost estimates. The optional task is a complete HVAC assessment and engineering analysis to be performed if the Government chooses to exercise it after reviewing the initial structural report.
