Yellow Ribbon Event September 2026
This amendment updates the solicitation by modifying multiple CLINs to include specific service dates from 24–27 September 2026 and adjusting lodging and quantity figures, including 110 lodging rooms and up to 217 attendees for certain days. It incorporates new dates and quantities across several line items, such as lodging on 26 September and updated counts for other event days. The Performance Work Statement has been revised to reflect the same quantities as the solicitation. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, lodging, meals, conference rooms, audiovisual support, and related services to support up to 220 attendees and 110 lodging guests.
