This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number is W912C325QA009 and is issued as a RFQ.(iii) The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC - Fort Buchanan) has a requirement for Animal Caretaker Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
