Ammendment 0005 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: To correct language on the Bid Bond and Bid Guarantee requirement in the solicitation. To extend the Due Date for bids from February 17, 2026 10:00 am to February 18, 2026 10: 00 am.To incorporate new language on the payment and performance bonds. To incorporate new language in the instructions to bidders in Section L of SF1442. To incorporate Clause 52.228-13. To incorporate liquidated amount and language to clause 52.211-12. To remove clause 52.213-4. (Note: Please ensure you submit all required with your bid package ( bid guarantee, all signed amendments, any other required) Read solicitation in its entirety to ensure you consider all require to successfully complete all work. To incorporate a guarantee minimum amount. To incorporate the bonding capacity certification. To correct the number items in Schedule of Prices (Attachment 1) and the incorporate missing unit of measures. Ammendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to change the date and time for receipt of bids from January 20, 2026 10:00am to February 4, 2026 10:00am. Sealed Offers in original and 1 copy to perform the require work are due at the place specidfied in Item 8 of the SF 1442 by 10:00am (PRLT) on February 4, 2026. Sealed envelopes containing offers shall be marked to show the offerors name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time offers are due. Ammendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate Answers to Questions submitted by Vendors and correct gramatical errors in the CLIN structure. The date and time for receipt of bids remains unchanged. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C326BA002, Roof Inspection, Repair and Maintenance at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this requirement. The IFB is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to requirement is 238160, Roofing Contracotrs. The size standard is $19.0 Million. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. A Bid Bond Guarantee of 20% is required. Hard copies of the IFB will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of IFB and amendments, if any. Any amendments issued will needs to be sign and submitted with the bid. Failure to submit amendments with the bid may render the bid not eligible for further consideration for award. Vendor that are not registered or registration is not active in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
