(Review the entire solicitation carefully to ensure you consider all required documentation to successfully complete all work. ) Amendment 0002-The purpose of this amendment is for the following: (1) To correct language on the Bid Bond and Bid Guarantee requirement in the solicitation; (2) To extend the Due Date for Bids from February 18, 2026 to February 20, 2026; (3) To incorporate new language on the payment and performance bonds; (4) To incorporate new language in the instructions to bidders in Section L of SF 1442; (5) TO eliminate CLINS 0002,1002,2002,3002 and 4002 from the solicitation; (6) Add FAR Clause 52.211-12 and to incorporate liquidated amount and language to clause; (7) To incorporate the bonding capacity certification; and to update FAR Clause 52.216-19. A... THIS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Buchanan has an Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C326BA001 for Repair and Installation of Fences and Gates. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this requirement.The IFB will be issued on or about 20 October 2025. The IFB will be issued as 100% 8(a) set-aside on a competitive basis. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The size standard is $19 Million. The magnitude of this requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. MICC has a requirement for Repair and Installatiom of Fences and Gates that includes furnishing all necessary administrative functions, personnel, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and insurance required to perform fencing works described in the Statement of Work (SOW) to support services for Fort Buchanan Army Reserve Installation, Army Reserve Centers (ARC), and Domestic Department Elementary & Secondary Schools (DDESS), Navy Reserve Center (NRC), AAFES, FMWR and PRANG in USAG Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico” as described herein.
