AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update information under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Terms and Conditions, Paragraph 9 "Award of BPA". The date and time for receipt of quotes and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please sign a copy of the Amendment and submit with your quote. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Portable Latrines & Hand Wash Rentals and Services throughout Puerto Rico in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation will close on 6 June 2024; 10:00 am unless amended via an amendment. See deadline for questions. Failure to submit your quote as required and in a timely manner, may render your quote NOT eligible for consideration award. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) be awarded from this requirement. This RFQ is issued unrestricted.
