Amendment 0002: The Purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to CANCEL this requirement at its entirety. No further actions are required. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment 001 is for the following: 1. To attached the questions and answers (Q&A) to submitted questions. a. The time and date for receipt of quotes is extended through 26 June 2023; 10:00am local PR time See attached amendment herein and ensure a copy of the amendment is signed and submitted with the quote. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Solicitation W912C321Q014A is for Rental of Two (2) Refrigerated 40FT Trailers for the 1st Mission Support Command at Fort Buchanan, PR 00934. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to rent two refrigerated 40 foot trailers. The Contractor shall rent, deliver and pick up the equipment after needed period is complete. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532120, Truck, Utility Trailer, and RV (Recreational Vehicle) Rental and Leasing. The size standard is $41.5 millions of dollars. No hard copies of the RFQ will be furnished. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. For information on how to register your company on the Federal Contract Opportunities, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the Contract Opportunities web site home page. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete via their SAM registration. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their offer. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award. The offeror shall be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation (or as amended) before the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Failure to do so may render your offer "late" and not eligible for consideration for award.
