AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate clauses, correct minor information in the SOW, provide answers to questions submitted by Vendors and extend the date and time for receipt of quotes. See attached copy of the Amendment 0001. Vendors ensure you read, comply with any changes, sign the Amendment and submit with your quote. THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED HEREIN. ENSURE YOU CAREFULLY READ ENTIRE SOLICITATION TO INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS AND BASIS FOR AWARD. ENSURE YOU SUBMIT A DETAILED BREAKDOWN FOR CLIN 0001 AND CLIN 0002 FOR EVALUATION. ENSURE YOU SUBMIT A BID BOND AS REQUIRED. ENSURE YOU READ, COMPLY, SIGN AND SUBMIT WITH YOUR PROPOSAL ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED IN THE FUTURE. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C323Q013A for Installation Underground Conduits Bldg. 613 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The RFQ will be issued on or about 1 June 2023. The RFQ is issued as 100% HUBZone. All responsible sources are invited to submit quotes under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237130, Utility line (i.e., communication, electric power), construction. The size standard is $45,000,000. The magnitude of the requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Hard copies of the RFQ will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of RFQ and amendments, if any. Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award. Vendors that are not registered or registration is not active in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
