AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate Answers to Questions submitted by Vendors. The date and time for receipt of bids remains unchanged. (Note: Please ensure you submit all required with your bid package ( bid guarantee, all signed amendments, any other required) Read solicitation in its entirety to ensure you consider all require to successfully complete all work. AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to correct FAR 52.236-7, Site Visit (Construction) removing site visit information and to incorporate Photos for Vendors to view. The date and time for receipt of bids remains unchanged. Correction: This Solicitation is issued to SBA Certified 8(a) Firms on a Competitive Basis All firms are to ensure all required to properly complete the work is incorporated in the price. Failure to consider something within your pricing, will not be a change/increase to the contract. Vendors bidding on the requirement shall ensure they have the personnel, materials and equipment to properly complete one or more task orders at the same time. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan has an Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C323B0001 for Exterior and Interior Painting of Buildings and Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) at Fort Buchanan, PR 00934 The IFB will be posted on or about January 6, 2023. The Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract for one (1) Base Year of 12 months plus four (4) Option Years of twelve months each if exercised by the Government. This Solicitation is issued to SBA Certified 8(a) Firms on a Competitive Basis The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238320. The size standard is $19M. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Contractors are required to submit the bid a guarantee IAW 52.228-1 equivalent to 20% of the total estimated amount of the requirement. Funds will be allocated for the work required by the Government based on Individual delivery orders. Hard copies of the IFB will not be available.
