The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC- Fort Buchanan has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C322R0008 for General Repairs to Buildings 223 and 224 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The RFP will be issued on or about 5 July 2022. The RFP is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000. The magnitude of the requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of RFP and amendments, if any. Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award.
