Amendment 0003 Issue for the followings reasons: To officially notify the cancelation of the requirements under solicitation W912C322R0004 in its entirety. Amendment 0002 Issue for the followings reasons: To incorporate additional information under instruction to offerors section and to incorporate additional information under section 0800- Special Contract Requirement-Supplement Information. Amendment 0001 Issue for the following reasons: Updates drawings, update statement of work, add abatement report, add question and answer section and extend the date and time to receive proposals This is the Pre-solicitation announcement. The solicitation will be issued on or about the date stated below and will be posted via the same site. This acquisition is being solicited under Request for Proposal (RFP) W912C322R0004 as a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for a General Repairs in Building 181, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all non- personal services necessary to perform “General Repairs to Build 181 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The intent of this project is to provide repairs and renovation of Bldg. 181; The required work in all Architectural, Civil, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical trades shall be performed to include but not limited to: Demolition Works: Contractor shall perform selective demolition, disposal and recycling works indicated in related specifications. Architectural/Structural Works: Contractor shall perform all works indicated in drawings. Plumbing Work: Contractor shall perform all works indicated in drawing. Electrical Work: Contractor shall perform selected Demolition, Disposal and new Electrical Work as indicated. The proposed period of performance shall be 180 days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation W912C322R0004 will be available on or about 30 June 2022 with a closing date of on or about 8 August 2022 (see solicitation for specific dates) posted via sam.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE FURNISHED. A SOLICITATION MAILING LIST WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. **NOTE: Prior to submission of a proposal, Vendors must be actively registered and have completed the Certifications and Representations via System for Award Management (SAM) to include FAR 52.204-26. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Vendors are responsible for keeping track of the information posted for this solicitation and any amendment issued via SAM. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit Amendments with your proposal may render your proposal not eligible for award. The requirement package shall be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation before the date and time indicated in the solicitation.
