The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Buchanan is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for issuance of a non-personal services contract for Solid Waste Diversion, Disposal and related waste management at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall be responsible for the disposal of all commercial, industrial, and community activity waste in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations in the USAG Fort Buchanan installation.The period of performance is for a Base Period to begin 1 January 2022 through 31 December 2022 plus Four Option periods (each of 12 month periods), if exercised by the Government. This acquisition is Set-Aside 100% to Small Business Program. Certified Vendors under NAICS 562111- Solid Waste Collection with a Size Standard of $41,500,000. Million.
