The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for the repair of an existing gate, fabrication and installation of a new hinged gate at Toro Creek, Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. All w ork shall be in accordance w ith the Statement of Work (SOW), all other applicable specifications, regulations, federal and state law s, and all terms and conditions stated herein. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The requirement is set aside as 100% Total Small Business. The Magnitude of the requirement is between $25,000 adn $100,000 The NAICS code is 238120 w ith a size standard of $16.5 Million. A bid guarantee equal to 20% (percent) of the quote shall be provided by vendors.
