The Contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, materials, transportation, equipment, services, insurances, supervision and all necessary to perform all repairs and routine preventive maintenance required to support elevators’ operation in Buildings 315, 354, 390, 545, 552, 700 and 1340 (New Army Reserve Centers) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is for a base period to begin on Sep 28, 022 through Sep 27, 2023, plus three option periods (each of 12 months periods), if exercised by the Government.
