The date and time for receipt of a response remains unchanged. Please ensure you read the responses to questions. Provide a copy of the amendment with your response to the Government. --------------------------------------------------------------- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement seeking a publisher to assemble, perform layout, print, and distribute a monthly Civilian Enterprise (CE) newspaper known as El Morro. This publication is subject to Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 5120.4, Army Regulation (AR) 360.1 and to the terms and conditions contained in the Statement of Work (SOW). The CE concept is based on an exception to the Government Printing and Binding Regulations. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually monitor the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. For information on how to register your company on Contracting Opportunities (beta.SAM.gov), to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation. Any amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the quote.
