The contractor shall perform selected demolition, architectural, civil, environmental, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work indicated in the Statement of Work and Technical Specifications in accordance with all terms and conditions, regulations. No design is contemplated for this requirement. It is Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for HubZone Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Sixe Standard is $39.5 million of dollars. The Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Solicitation is posted and is available until the date stated. It is responsibility of the Vendors to continually monitor webpage for changes. Vendors are required to be register in the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https:www.sam.gov and have an account active. For information on how to register, please visit the website home page. Vendors shall ensure annual representations and certifications are current via their SAM registration.
