The Notice ID of this Presoliciation will remain unchanged, but will be a direct linage from one to another. 2. To update expected due date of the actual Solicitation. Pre-Soliciatation/ Synopsis: W912C3-23-Q-010A The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC-Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C3-23-Q-010A for Drinking Water Sampling Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The Request for Quote will be issued on or about April 14, 2023. The closing date of the RFQ is on or about May 12, 2023 or as stated in the solicitation. This RFQ is issued as an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources Small Business and Large Business) capable of successfully fulfilling the requirement are invited to submit a quote in response to the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 541380. The size standard is $16,500,000.00. The Product Service Code is: B533, Special Studies/Analysis- Water Quality. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website at https://sam.gov for status of RFQ and any amendments, if any. Quotes submission via email and/or hand delivered will be addressed in the solicitation. Therefore, read the solicitation carefully when issued. Quotes, regardless of method of transmission, shall be received in the office indicated in the solicitation prior to the time and date for receipt of proposals. The RFQ will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at https://sam.gov. The RFQ will not be mailed out or faxed. Offerors submitting proposals but are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
