The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to procure Ice Distribution and Storage Freezer Rental at eleven locations around the island of Puerto Rico (P.R.) in support of the 1st Mission Support, U.S. Army Reserve and other Commands, as needed, for training and other. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price type Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform ice delivery and storage for the ice rental and servicing to 11different locations around the island of P.R. The proposed acquisition is Set-Aside 100% to Small Business Programs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 312113 - Ice Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. Solicitation Number W912C3-22-Q-0003, will be posted on or about 13 April 2022 and made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities web site at https://beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award.
