Pre-Solicitation Notice/ Synopsis: W912C321Q0003 New Bathroom Construction Building 608 at Fort Buchanan, PR. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to perform “New Bathroom Construction in Building 608" at Fort Buchanan, PR. The Contractor shall perform selected demolition, architectural, civil, environmental, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work indicated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Specifications in accordance with all terms and conditions, regulations. No design is contemplated for this requirement. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for HUBZone Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39.5 millions of dollars. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Solicitation, W912C321Q0003, will be posted on or about 15 June 2021 and made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities web site at https://beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award.
