The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to supply Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) for Buildings: 168 Bowling Center, 172 Golf Club, 660 Community Club and 689 AAFES Food Court for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Buchanan, PR. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 324110 – Petroleum Refineries. The size standard is 1,500: size standards in number of employees. The Solicitation, W912C3-20-R-0004, will be posted on or about 29 March 2020 and made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities web site at https://beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their offer. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award. The offeror shall be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation before the date and time indicated in the solicitation.
