Amendment 0001 is issued to provide answers to questions received from industry; incorporate additional photos under Attachment 1A; and incorporate Attachment 2, Drawings. The due date for quotes is extended to August 12, 2020. Remember to acknowledge receipt of amendment by sign and date on blocks 15A through 15C of SF30 and submit a copy with your quote. Solicitation: W912C3-20-Q-0008 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to procure MAIN ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE at Fort Buchanan for the Directorate of Public Works. It is the Government's intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The Contractor shall provide labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, permits, supervision and any other items necessary to perform preventive maintenance services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The proposed acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210. The size standard is $16.5 million. The solicitation will be posted after July 8, 2020 and made available via the Contracting Opportunities web site at https://beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually monitor the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. For information on how to register your company on Contracting Opportunities (beta.SAM.gov), to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the Quick Start Guide located on the beta.SAM.gov web site. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete via SAM. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their quote. Any amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the quote may render your quote not eligible for consideration for award. The offer shall be emailed to the place indicated in the solicitation before the date and time indicated in the solicitation or as amended. Failure to do so may render your offer "late" and not eligible for consideration for award.
