Pre-Solicitation Notice/ Synopsis: W912C320Q0007 General Repairs at Veterinary Clinic Building 676 at Fort Buchanan, PR. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to perform “General Repairs at Building 676 (Veterinary Clinic) at Fort Buchanan, PR. The Contractor shall perform selected demolition, architectural, civil, environmental, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work indicated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Specifications in accordance with all terms and conditions, regulations. No design is contemplated for this requirement. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for HUBZone Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39.5 millions of dollars. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000. and $250,000. The Solicitation, W912C320Q0007, will be posted on or about 28 May 2020 and made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities web site at https://beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued.
