The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to procure Roman Catholic Priest Services at Fort Buchanan for the U.S. Army Garrison Religious Support Office. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The Contractor shall provide Catholic Sunday mass, sacraments, worship services and confessions for the Catholic congregation of Fort Buchanan Garrison Chapel (FBC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The proposed acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110 – Religious Organizations. The size standard is $7.5 Million. The Solicitation, W912C3-20-Q-0001, will be posted on or about 05 March 2020 and made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities web site at https://beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. A letter from his Bishop or Religious Superior, stating that he is a priest in good standing and that he has the permission of the Bishop or Religious Superior to accept the contract.
