Notice ID:W912BV27SSCW1

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, is conducting market research—not a solicitation—to identify qualified Korean Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms capable of providing real property inventory and asset evaluation support for U.S. Marine Corps Installations Command at multiple USMC installations/facilities throughout the Republic of Korea. The work includes facility assessments, real property support, GIS data analysis, asset management, master planning, capital programming, Area Development Plans, and related DLA Disposition real property support following UFC 2-100-01 and supporting integrated worldwide logistics networks. Contractors must be able to deploy multidisciplinary planning teams across multiple global combatant commands, coordinate access and travel to DLA locations in the Republic of Korea and worldwide, and handle CUI under CMMC requirements. Required capabilities include SAM registration, obtaining U.S. Government Common Access Cards, completing AT Level I training, and demonstrating experience with DLA master planning, ADPs, quality control, and cost-effective A-E project management. Full design, construction, and repair services are expressly excluded, and interested Korean A-E firms must respond to a capabilities questionnaire so the Government can determine whether the requirement can be set aside for Korean firms.
