The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Southwestern Division is conducting a market survey for an eight-year architect-engineer indefinite delivery contract for general design and related services within or assigned to the Southwestern Division; no contract will be awarded from this sources sought. Work may include program management, planning and feasibility studies, engineering and design, design-build RFP preparation, construction engineering, surveys, geotechnical and environmental investigations, hazardous materials services, historical/cultural studies, cost estimating, GIS/BIM, and AT/FP/security/fire protection expertise. Multiple contracts are anticipated, with total shared contract capacity estimated at $499M and an eight-year ordering period; minimum qualifications include average annual gross revenue exceeding $2M and more than 10 full-time personnel. Relevant experience should include vertical design and federal government projects, and small businesses including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB are encouraged to participate.
