Kerr Navigation Lock and Dam #15 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance. The anticipated award date is on or about November 5, 2026, and the solicitation will be issued via PIEE with NAICS code 812910. Contractors must have an active SAM registration at quote, at award, and throughout contract performance. Offerors must also enter a NIST score in SPRS; lacking a NIST score will be deemed non-responsible and ineligible for award, and questions must be submitted through Bidders Inquiry.
