The capacity of this JOC is $14,000,000 which is for the base of two years with no options. Task order limitations will range from $25,000 to $250,000; task orders may exceed $250,000 when determined to be in the best interest of the government. Funding is available to meet the minimum guarantee for the IDC Contract award and task orders will be awarded with project funds. The FY26 JOC is an IDC and will be used for repair, maintenance, demolition and minor construction requirements on a variety of projects ranging from Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair requirements, civil works operations and maintenance, small renovations, real property repair and maintenance with an estimated value more than the micro-purchase threshold (MPT) for acquisitions of construction. All facilities are located on MCAAP in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.
