Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation for proposals. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District is conducting preliminary planning for an anticipated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for commercial diving services, with the intent to solicit proposals on or about October 2025. The work will be performed at various locations within the district, covering southern Kansas, Oklahoma, and northern Texas. The required services include surface-supplied air diving operations, inspections, cleaning, and emergency response support using a minimum five-person team. Interested firms of all business sizes are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement.
