The purpose of this contract will be to provide Project Consolidated Maintenance Project Services (Mowing Services, Janitorial Services, Park Cleaning Services, Refuse Collection Services, Vault and Septic Pumping Services, and Herbicide/Pesticide Application Services) at Keystone Lake in Creek/Pawnee/Tulsa Counties, Oklahoma. Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to add FAR clauses, add DFARS clauses, update the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and extend the quote due date.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a contractor to provide consolidated maintenance services at Keystone Lake in Oklahoma. The work includes mowing, janitorial, park cleaning, refuse collection, septic pumping, and herbicide/pesticide applications. This is a 100% small business set-aside with a size standard of $9.5 million. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with one base year and four option periods. The previous contract for these services was valued at $1,700,024.35.
