The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, possession of current Oklahoma/Texas/Kansas herbicide applicators license, and conformance with sub-contracting regulations.
