It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining acquisition strategies and issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) including the use of any potential appropriate small business programs. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. Respondents will be notified of results of sources sought upon request. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District is contemplating for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) or a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vault pumping services at Hugo and Pine Creek Lakes, OK, and Pat Mayse Lake, TX. The type of set-aside decision to be issued will depend upon the capabilities of the responses to this synopsis. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing vault pumping services for toilet facilities’ vault, septic tanks, holding tanks, and lift stations (hereafter referred to as ‘vaults and tanks’) at Hugo, Pine Creek, and Pat Mayse Lakes. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 562111 which has a small business size standard of $41.5M. The Product Service Code is F108.
