The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry prior to determining acquisition strategies and issuance of a Request for Quote, including the use of any potential appropriate small business programs. The services provided may be required at the Major Maintenance Unit site (located approximately 8 miles South of Sallisaw, OK) or services provided may be required wherever the equipment was when it became unusable. This would require the Certified Maintenance Technician to be mobile to meet the needs of the requirement for services.
