Must provide adequately sized crane, crane operator, rigger, labor, rigging equipment, and any materials needed to place two (2) draft tube gates weighing approximately 10 tons each onto draft tube deck of powerhouse. Crane requirements must lift approximately 10 tons and reach approximately 90 feet horizontal from the crane with approximately 25 feet vertical lift. Crane must be setup behind the powerhouse and lift the gates one at a time from flatbed trailers provided by the government to the powerhouse draft tube deck.
