Pre-solicitation Notice For 76 SWEG B9001 Office Renovation Tulsa District This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for the construction of a new Repair 76 SWEG B9001 Office Renovation Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up postings. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for the construction of a new Repair 76 SWEG B9001 Office Renovation Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, contract procured in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Project Description: The intent of this project is to move existing cubicles to a new location to make room for five (5) new supervisor offices. The new offices will be comprised of demountable walls to ceiling with a full height single door. Additionally, new cubicle furniture will be added to the offices. Both the demountable walls, doors, and cubicle furniture are to match the existing supervisor office in SA Room 137. To accommodate the five (5) new offices, adjustment of electrical, mechanical, and fire protection/suppression systems will be needed based on where the new walls fall. Each office will be equipped with a horn strobe and alert in addition to a motion sensor. The remaining area of SA Room 137 will remain occupied during construction, so coordination with the user will be required. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 236220, which has a small business size standard of $45.0M. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 15 May 2024, and the estimated proposal due date will be on or about 17 June 2024.
