Pre-Solicitation Notice Janitorial Services for Lake Texoma (Denison Dam) Powerhouse W912BV24Q0022 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV24Q0022 for Janitorial Services for the Lake Texoma (Denison Dam) Powerhouse, Grayson County, Texas. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $22M. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base year period and four (4) option year periods to be exercised at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, and conformance with sub-contracting regulations. The anticipated award date is on or about 29 February 2024. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 26 January 2024. Quotes are anticipated to be due approximately 21 days after the date the solicitation is advertised. Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registration must also be active at time of award in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registrations shall remain active throughout contract performance in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Site Visit information will be included in the solicitation when it is publicized.
