Contractor shall be responsible for providing all supervision, material, labor, tools, equipment, and other incidentalitems (unless otherwise noted) necessary for the removal of existing sewer tank, and the purchase and installation ofa new Aerobic System with 2,300 spray area that will handle 500 gallon per day usage at the Tenkiller LakeOverlook PUA water bourn facility. System will also be provided with a UV Disinfection System to extendmaintenance intervals. Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) permit for new system will also be required.
