This acquisition uses the Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) delivery method. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $45,000,000.00. IAW DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this project is over $500,000,000.00. This acquisition is solicited using full and open competition. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide an updated Attachment A Cost Breakdown, Section 00 22 00, and Appendix B.
