Post-closing Amendment #0001, Request for Proposal (RFP) #W912BV-23-R-0012 for the project titled ?$20M 8(a) Small Business Set Aside Competitive Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Hazardous Waste Operations and Spill Support Services for Projects within the Geographic Boundaries of the Southwest Division (SWD) and Projects Assigned to the Southwest Division in accordance with UAI Sub-part 5107.102-100 and ER 5-1-10. This amendment will have an SF30 that must be returned with this amendment. The purpose of this amendment is to replace Section B, Pricing Schedule; and revise Section C, Statement of Work; Section J, Example Project MPS without Cost; Example Project MPS with Cost; Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices; and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. As well, update Example Project Wage Rates; and revise and replace FAR and DFARS clauses. Proposal submission shall be uploaded Amend # 0001 to the PIEE Solicitation Module under Amendment 0002.
