Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to update the period of performance from 450 days to 920 days f or the base and all options; in addition, a map has been added for clarification of the location of the Pre-Bid Site visit. See attachments.FY23 Rehab and Paint Tainter Gates at Tenkiller Lake in Gore, OK. The work includes rehabilitation, repair, partial replacement, and painting of specified tainter gates and incidental related work. This solicitation is being posted in both PIEE and Sam.gov. The submittal method for proposals is electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite at https://piee.eb.mil/ using the applicable solicitation number. Proposals submitted by email, mail or hand-carried will not be evaluated. Proposals sent through proprietary or third party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites or DoD SAFE will not be retrieved. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to confirm receipt of proposals. The contracting officer intends to award a firm-fixed price contract under the best value continuum using the trade-off process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 to the responsible offeror w hose proposal the source selection authority determines conforms to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and offers the best overall value to the Government, considering non-price factors described in the solicitation, and price. This acquisition is a total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Size Standard is $39.5M.In accordance with FAR 36.204(f ), the cost magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.Please Note: this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before an award can be made.
