The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to install new chain-link fence and walk in gate around the Wister Lake Dam outlet channel. Remove existing steel frame and chain-link fencing. Remove all 68original fixed rail supports within the training wall. Clean and prep all fixed rail support drilled holes to be filled in with grout and water-proof coating. Add a 6-inch x 6-inch x 1/4-inch floor flange to the sidewalk running around the outside of the training wall (Photo # 8 ? 9).Recommend using HILTI HIT-HY 200-R V3 ADHESIVE ANCHOR and HIT-Z ANCHORROD (zinc-coated). Using this option would eliminate additional drilling into the training wall. The length of fence to be installed in total is 463 ft. Approximately 315 ft. of fencing will be 6ftin Hight. Approximately 148 ft. of fencing will be 4 ft. tall. The Walk-in gate will need to be 5 ft. Wide X 6 ft. in height. The Chain-link will need to be knuckled at the top. Tubing needs to be schedule 40 wall thickness for all frameworks. Line posts need to be 2 3/8? diameter. Terminals/Gate Posts/Corner Posts: 2 7/8? Diameter. Top Rail: 1 5/8? Diameter. Chain Link Fence: 9 Gage Wire and 2? Diamond Size. The contractor will also need to remove the existing winch/crane and build new. This winch/crane needs to have electric controls and able to support up to 5K pounds. The winch will need to be removable. This allows us to store winch when not being used. This work will require working around hazardous fall conditions so proper safety precautions must always be maintained. This work will take place at the Wister Lake Dam, located in Wister Oklahoma.
