These areas have a separately installed ceiling and an opened attic space above. This is the metal domed roof seen from the exterior of the building. The Building Interior Ceiling referenced in this section refers to the ceiling found in the attic.This section lets the contractor know that the attic ceiling needs to be included . When entering the upstairs storage area you will see that there is an attic ceiling over the listed above rooms. The Contractor shall be responsible for the mobilization of all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform lead-based paint (LBP) abatement, remediation, encapsulation, and disposal for all surfaces. Just to clarify the question from ProjNet, Yes and No, all surfaces containing lead paint.ProjNet questions submitted and answered, as the Government is unable to post in ProjNet at this time.
